Founder & Executive Director
Javier R. Andrade
Javier R. Andrade is dedicated to empowering children with disabilities supporting low-income families. Inspired by transformative summer camp experiences, Javier decided to create opportunities for future generations. Through community engagement and initiatives, he aims for the foundation to strive to make a lasting impact, every child has access to the resources and experiences they deserve.

Deputy Director
Crystal Gordon
Crystal Gordon is certified in Early Childhood Development and has extensive experience as a mother, equipping her with skills in behavior management, event planning, and organization. She believes she can take these skills and apply them to her position as the deputy director and is passionate about helping others. Her aim is to ensure a safe and fun camp environment for every child.

Director of Finance
Rosa Wands
Rosa Wands, a native of Ecuador living in New York, has extensive experience in accounting and business. She holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Ecuador and the U.S. As a successful entrepreneur in upstate New York, she has honed her skills in financial management and tax services . She is confident in her ability to lead the Camp Nova Foundation toward financial stability and growth.

Director of Legal Affairs
Danielle Hernandez
Danielle founded DVH Law Group, PLLC in 2021, after working at Shum Loop in Tampa. She on humanitarian immigration cases in Tampa and Washington, D.C., and hosts "Immigration Update" on La Mega 101.1 FM. With a background in the of Homeland Security and as a political analyst, she is connected to World Bank Group A first-generation American, she is active in her community as President of the Tampa Latin Chamber and member of the Mayor’s Hispanic Advisory Council.

Director of Marketing
Ana Murillo
Ana Murilo, a 28-year-old marketer entrepreneur, and realtor, has extensive experience in organizing events, including Formula 1 racing in Miami, Florida. As a single mother of a 7-year-old daughter, she is dedicated to her community, serving on PTA at her daughter's school. She is proud to be involved in creating Camp Nova, understanding firsthand the challenges of finding reliable childcare. Ana believes her marketing expertise will be instrumental in promoting the Camp Nova brand.

Assistant Director of Marketing
Ryan Katz
​Ryan is a senior in high school. He has worked with kids with disabilities. He is aso involved in several clubs at my school, including Best Buddies and the Civics program. Aditionally, Ryan has created numerous posters for various events around my school, which has provided Ryan with creative and design skills that he can effectively utilize in running the media at Camp Nova.

Director of Communications
Erika Andrade
Erika Andrade, a Miami native, a background in communications and entrepreneurship. Formerly a customer service agent at Miami Tours, she honed her skills in behavior management and customer service. Now a co-founder of a cigar manufacturing company, she hosts events that expose her to diverse perspectives. Erika believes her service expertise will enable her to effectively communicate with everyone at the Camp Nova Foundation.

Director of Technology
Noah Bond
Noah Bond has great technical expertise and problem-solving skills. He is certified in operating small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) and has hands-on experience with drones, safety, and responsible technology use. Noah has a natural aptitude for computers and technology. Additionally, he excels at troubleshooting, system setup, and finding practical solutions in challenging situations. Noah is also proficient in programming with Python and Java and is passionate about using technology as a tool.

Director of Special Education & Accessibility
Charlotte Gordon
Charlotte Gordon, hailing from Long Island, NY, is dedicated to caring for her daughter with special needs. With experience as a cashier and a hospital setting, she has interacted with a wide range of individuals. Charlotte believes that her skills and experiences will make her a valuable asset to the Camp Nova Foundation.

Director of Programs & Events
Javier Andrade
Javier Andrade, a 42-year-old paralegal aspiring to attend law school with 24 years of in the legal field, is driven by a passion for helping the underrepresented. When his son him to be Vice President of the Camp Nova Foundation, eagerly accepted. Javier believes his background as a father and his legal experience will help create a fun and safe environment at Camp.
